Ronan Hardiman - That Place In Your Heart
选自Ronan Hardiman 继《Solas》之后的于2000年10月推出的第二张独奏专辑《Anthem 赞美诗》，其中融合了他以之闻名的凯尔特音乐的元素，使这张专辑受到了更多人的喜欢。《Anthem 赞美诗》一推出便登上美国新世纪音乐排行榜第7名的位置，并继续在全球热销。提起爱尔兰踢踏舞蹈之瑰宝“大河之舞”，恐怕无人不知；但是，提起Ronan Hardiman，恐怕有些人就不一定知道了。其实， Ronan Hardiman，是爱尔兰首席配乐大师，擅长融合传统爱尔兰音乐与现代音乐的配乐大师，因“舞王”配乐大获好评。他生於都柏林，在担任了12年的银行出纳员之後却意外的转换跑道变成一位将爱尔兰传统音乐结合现代音乐的大师级音乐家。而说起Ronan Hardiman，不得不提起另外一个女声歌手的名字Leslie Dowdall，也就是该首选曲的演唱者。在Ronan Hardiman的作品中，其中的女声大部分是由Leslie Dowdall所担纲的，这首《That Place in Your Heart》可以说是这张专辑最引人注目的一首歌曲，简洁的伴奏，更突出了Leslie Dowdall天使般美妙的声线。Leslie Dowdall可以说是90年代著名的Celtic摇滚乐队Tua Nua解散之后依旧长盛不衰的歌手，她与Paul Brennan (Clannad)以及Ronan Hardiman一起将Celtic音乐推向了世界。97年，Leslie Dowdall荣膺Heineken/Hotpress Music Awards最佳女歌手奖，首张(美女)作No Guilt No Guile (Grapevine (Ireland) GRA CD220, 1997) 至今仍为乐迷们津津乐道。第二张专辑Out There (LD Records (Ireland) LD CD 1006, 1998) 确立了爱尔兰当家女歌手的独一无二的地位。
